AMLA, is a Latin American Association, that sees it’s unique value added in using the Latino habitual way; always enthusiastic, joyful, open minded, determined and proactive to trigger exchange, understanding, empathy, appreciation and solidarity between people of different origins, cultures and traditions, inspiring us to be mindful, respectful and curious about the unknown, building so bridges of solidarity between the countries of Latin America and Monaco.

It was in the presence of HSH Prince Albert II that the lunch dedicated to Peruvian Gastronomy took place, at the application restaurant of the Hotel School, organized by the Monegasque Association for Latin America A.M.L.A
On this occasion, the Peruvian Chef Lourdes Pluvinage, gave the students of the Technical and Hotel Lycée de Monaco a "Master Class" punctuated by the preparation of lunch which will have allowed guests to discover Pisco sour as well as other traditional products. of this Andean country.
